Who is eligible for the Family & Friends site?

Access to Vanguard Bottleshop is available to all current Vanguard and Lion team members. As a team member, you can invite a further 10 friends from your personal network to enjoy the same level of access and discounts you will receive. Follow this link to invite them along.

Of course, all customers need to be over the age of 18 and deliveries can only be accepted by those aged 18+.


How do I pay?

Just like you would with any online shopping, you will pay for your selection with your personal credit card. Lion ‘Beer points’ cannot be used to purchase products on Vanguard Bottleshop.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices shown on our website, or other communications from Vanguard Bottleshop, are in Australian dollars and inclusive of applicable taxes, and will be paid at the time of purchase.


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is based on the state/territory of delivery, as well as the total value of your order (incl. GST). See the below table for a summary of shipping costs.

How will my order be delivered?

Watch the post! Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email from Australia Post with the delivery tracking details. WA is the exception and will be delivered by a third-party partner, they are unable to provide live-tracking at this stage.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your address (please note we are unable to deliver to PO boxes), however, please allow 2-7 days for metro, 3-9 days for regional and 7-14 days for country and interstate deliveries (ACT, QLD, SA, NT and TAS).

If delivery has not been made within the delivery timeframe, please contact us.


Returns & Refunds

If there is an issue with your order please email the Vanguard Customer Service Team (contact us) with your invoice/order number and a description of the issue. Vanguard Bottleshop accepts no responsibility for damage caused to products after delivery.
