Negroni

Summer or winter, nothing beats a Negroni. A simple yet perfect combination of vermouth, gin, and bitters.

Recipe:

• 30ml Hernö Dry Gin
• 30ml Tempus Fugit Gran Classico Bitter Liqueur
• 30ml Oscar.697 Rosso Vermouth

Method:

1. Add all ingredients into to a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled
2. Strain into a rocks glass over ice
3. Garnish with a twist of orange peel, making sure to spray the oils into the drink
