tilde~ Cosmo

Take your cosmo to the next level with tilde~ raw Australian vodka. A beautifully imperfect take on a classic.

Recipe:

• 45mL tilde~Raw Vodka
• 15mL Marionette Orange Curaçao
• 30mL Cranberry Juice
• 10mL Fresh Lemon Juice
• 5mL Crawley’s Simple Syrup

Glass: Coupe

Garnish: Burnt orange zest 

Method:

1. Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake well, and double strain into a chilled coupe. 
2. To add aroma, cut a small disc of orange zest and dab dry. Hold the zest over the glass with the peel facing out between two fingertips. Hold a flame to the peel, squeeze it to expel the oils, and light it on fire. Drop burnt zest into the glass.
